They also represent a great opportunity for all those interested in planning, design, construction, maintenance, management, road safety, mobility, and transportation to meet, exchange experiences, and enrich their knowledge through contact with colleagues from Argentina and abroad.

Under the motto "Road Infrastructure for Development," this new edition will feature a technical program with a broad and multidisciplinary vision that will include all topics related to road infrastructure, transforming the city of Mendoza into the main meeting place for Argentine and Ibero-American road professionals.

As in previous editions, the Argentine Portland Cement Institute and the Permanent Asphalt Commission will be integral parts of this Congress, organizing within this framework the 5th International Seminar on Concrete Pavements and a Special Conference on Asphalt Pavements, which will undoubtedly enrich the topics to be addressed and the overall impact of this meeting.

Furthermore, this year the International Road Federation joins the XIX Argentine Congress of Road Administration and Traffic, developing as part of the technical program the 7th IRF Latin American Regional Congress, which will provide access to the latest developments in technology, artificial intelligence, and road safety, among other topics.

Argentine Congresses of Road Administration and Traffic have already overcome national boundaries becoming a regional and international event and, therefore, this will be one of the most important technical forums of 2026.

OBJECTIVES

• To encourage the updating and consolidation of knowledge by stimulating the exchange of ideas and experiences among all stakeholders in the road sector.
• To create a space conducive to learning about technological and scientific advancements through thematic sessions and keynote lectures.
• To disseminate the latest developments and technologies in road infrastructure, from project and construction to management, development of basic infrastructure, engineering structures, transportation, urban mobility, technology, environmental protection, and road safety.
• To exchange opinions and experiences on alternatives for generating economic resources and financing methods for road infrastructure development.
• To learn about the latest advances in road management methods, new construction techniques, and maintenance systems, all with the aim of optimizing construction and maintenance costs and achieving a more efficient transportation system.
• To discuss ways to improve regional road integration by leveraging the participation of colleagues and specialists from neighboring countries.
• To provide a platform for exchanging and spreading information on the various aspects of road safety from a multi-causal perspective.
• To promote the development of solutions that ensure the continuous accessibility of rural roads and to discuss their impact on the national production and logistics system.
• To comprehend the various methods of organizing, planning, and managing transportation, both freight and passenger, in rural areas and within cities and urban regions.
• To exchange experiences on intermodal transportation and logistics management.
