3. Urban Road Administration

Nowadays, and due to the high motorization level, medium and large concentrations of human beings have to face countless problems related to city traffic and transport, forcing us to find new and more efficient traffic and transport organization and rationalization systems. Improved vehicle movement, as well as proper road design and road use priority will help us prevent the worsening of the current situation. This Commission will provide the proper environment to discuss all aspects related to urban road administration as well as the interrelation between city and rural traffic.

The Commission topics include, but are not limited to:

• Urban planning
• Traffic in semi-public environments. (Industrial complexes, Neighborhoods)
• Public Transport
• Traffic Organization in Urban Areas
• Access to Urban Centers
• Interference of urban networks with fast roads, Highways, Railways
• Cargo transport in Urban Centers
• Closed Roads and Traffic Detours
• Urban Center Traffic Safety
• Paid parking lots and control of traffic violations in public streets.
